Any defects that involve safety or the structure of products are covered for three years, and any defects in appearance of products such as significant tarnishing or electric components (LED related products shall be in accordance with separate provision) are as specified in the 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS'.2:The warranty is provided only for products that are installed properly according to the installation procedure of Daikan. The warranty does not apply to products installed in any environment or on any surface that are not appropriate, including but not limited to saunas and bath areas. Please read and make sure you understand the instruction manual before starting installation.3:Accidental breakage, scratches, paint removal or others from installation, or products removed after being installed are not covered under the warranty. Do not re-use the tape to re-attach the product when using double-sided adhesive tape. In case of relocating products with double-sided adhesive tape, please use new adhesive tape.4:The warranty does not apply to and is not valid for defects, scratches or paint removal caused by misuse or deliberate actions. Furthermore, any defects in appearance or structure caused by improper handling or maintenance are not covered. Do not use organic solvents or wax containing polishing agents, which may cause damage to particular materials or finishes, including but not limited to paint finishes, clear coating, UV direct print, gold leaf, platinum leaf or resin.5:Corrosion or color change caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, volcanic activity, tropical cyclones, acid rain, soil salinity, or any bird or animal damages are not covered by the warranty.6:The warranty is not provided for products that are improperly designed due to requirements of clients. The customer must accept all risks if suggestions made by Daikan for changes related to production methods, specifications and materials associated with safety and general durability are not accepted.7:The warranty for products designed for indoor use is valid for indoor use only. Color change or fading, damage or accident by falling, lighting failure or fire caused by electric leakage may occur if used outdoors. Please be sure to use indoors only.8:The warranty policy only covers replacement of defective products. Installation work, scaffolding, shipping charges incurred by replacement, and compensation for business interruption are not covered in any case.9:For all claims, the invoice of the product and a picture that clearly shows the defect must be provided. Depending on the case or products, Daikan reserves the right to request the client to return the defective product.10:The warranty terms other than those written above are in accordance with the warranty policy and the instruction manual attached to each product.1:The warranty terms for any defects involving the appearance of products such as significant tarnishing is five years for indoor clear coated products, one year for outdoor products, and three years for indoor products with no coating (Chrome only), respectively. The warranty does not apply to products used outdoors without clear coating. 2:We do not recommend Non-clear coated Taff Lite Chrome Signs for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover outdoor installations of Non-clear coated products.1:The warranty terms for any defects involving the appearance of products such as significant tarnishing is five years for indoor products and three years for outdoor products, respectively.2:D-Letter, Crystal Letter is divided into two categories for indoor and outdoor use. Please be sure to order the correct product.1:Any defects involving the appearance of products including significant tarnishing are covered for one year.2:Tarnishing of brass and copper if used outdoors is not covered under the warranty.3:Rust on any iron products (including stainless steel) is not covered under the warranty.1:Regardless of indoor or outdoor installation, warping, cracking or decay is not covered for wooden products.2:Regardless of indoor or outdoor installation, coating degradation, discoloration, burns and color change due to natural resin is not covered. Products installed in saunas, bath areas, high temperature or humid spaces are also not covered.1:The warranty terms for the light source of Lumi Letter series, LED Custom Unit and LED Custom Unit 2 is five years, two years for LED Custom Unit 2 outdoor use product, and one year for Dimmer Controller. OEM products such as LED modules and AC/DC Power Supply carry their own warranty. Please refer to the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” for any defects involving the appearance of the enclosure, frames and body of Lumi Letter, LED Metal Channel and other LED illuminated signs.2:Relocating products that have already been installed including products with quick release systems is not covered by the warranty.3:Damage of LED light source or AC/DC power supply or short circuits caused by improper wiring is not covered under the warranty.4:DO NOT directly connect the product to the AC100-240 supply as it may completely damage the sign.5:All wiring and installation including grounding must follow local laws, regulations, safety procedures and installation procedures of Daikan.6:Pulling wires from the product with unnecessary force may damage the wire and sign.7:Lumi Letter series is suitable within -20°C to +60°C. High temperature and a high humidity environment such as saunas or bath areas will damage the product.8:The warranty for products designed for indoor use is valid for indoor use only. Color change or fading, damage or accident by falling, lighting failure or fire caused by electric leakage may occur if used outdoors. Please be sure to use indoors only.9:For Lumi Letter series and LED Custom Unit products, the output voltage of the AC/DC power supply is adjusted to the correct and optimum voltage. Touching the control knob or making any changes to the settings will void the warranty.10:Install the AC/DC power supply where maintenance can easily be performed regularly. When installing or performing maintenance on electrical equipment, you must follow all local laws, regulations and safety procedures.11:If the product comes with an AC power plug, make sure the power plug is free of dust before use. Keep products clean to help reduce the risk of fire.12:Power supply may become warm during normal operation. Please place the power supply in a well ventilated place to prevent excessive heat accumulation and help reduce the risk of fire or product failure.13:Avoid placing the AC/DC power supply in direct sunlight and keep it away from other heat sources such as heaters. Excessive heat accumulation, ignition or product failure may occur.14:There are no user serviceable parts in the power supply.
