Painted Type from Rear Side

The custom color is mixed according to the ink color guides (color number) from PANTONE, RAL and Benjamin Moore etc., and then applied for painted finish on rear side of the clear acrylic.

Notes on Color Brightness

Same color number but different brightness.

Crystal Letters are painted on the rear side of clear acrylic with high light transmission. The color of the letters may appear slightly lighter than the original color depending on the brightness of the sunlight or lighting, color temperature, and the cut shape of the letters. The impact of lighting is particularly evident (brighter) in designs with narrow stroke widths.

UV Direct Print on Rear Side

We use UV (ultraviolet light) curing inks to print in full color, at high resolutions of 1200 dpi, directly from the rear side of clear acrylic. The light from the lighting penetrates through the cut surface of the letters, making the various gradations more vivid to the eye.

Painted Type on Rear Side (Crystal Metal Coat)

Metal Coat fuses painting technologies to deliver a combined translucent and metallic feel. A specialized metallic paint is applied on the rear side of clear acrylic to create a variety of finishes 2 patters of brushed (HL) and scuffed (PHL), and 6 other coating color variations.
