Depending on each order, the sign can have a different logo design and size. Since most orders are unique, the LED layout on the letter signs had to be designed manually. However, due to years of research, most of this work has been automated with the help of AI and computers.
Now the work of installing the LED lights takes just six minutes. A task that previously took 60 minutes can now be completed in just six!

LED Sorter Machine for Uniform and Beautiful Illumination
We test the light emission of each individual LED chip with our LED color sorter which further divides the ranks specified by LED manufacturers into 96 groups. Lumi Letter Series utilizes the sorted chips that perfectly match the color temperature and electrical properties for uniform color and illumination, enabling us to offer you the world’s highest quality products!

Moreover, with the Quick Release System you can easily detach and relocate your signage, maximizing its lifespan and value without damaging the installation location or product. This highly recommended system offers viable solutions for emergency and maintenance periods, such as lighting failure due to wiring issues or damaged LED boards, reducing downtime and stress.
The quicker, the better! The easier, the better!
Our newest “Quick Release EASY” version delivers theft prevention without the need for a specialized key to release the “Lock Pin” system, as is required with our previous Quick Release System. This new version is keyless, meaning you rest easy when it comes to both outside and in-office thefts or pranks. Please try the new version for an even quicker and easier installation!

For Safe and Reliable Use
For your safety and assurance, we provide a designated AC/DC power supply and instruction manual with each Lumi Letter Series product. Lumi Letter Series cannot be directly connected to AC mains because it may damage to the LED product alongside causing potential electrical shock and fire hazards. If the wiring of + and - are reversed, the products would also be damaged. For installation of Lumi Letter Series, please follow the guidelines in the instruction manual provided.

Lumi Letter Series certified as a flame retardant
The “Building Standards Act” of Japan restricts interior finishes or applications that may induce the spread of fire, produce toxic gases, or obstruct people from evacuating in the case where a fire breaks out inside a building. These regulations apply to signages and are becoming stricter, particularly in underground stations or on the basement floor of shopping malls where many people gather. In response, we created a new material, composed mainly of polycarbonate, which exhibits excellent fire retardancy and has self-extinguishing qualities. The release of Lumi Letter with this new material is coming soon.
