Channel Letter

Since solid letter signs are heavy and expensive, we create light-weight 3D-channel letters made by welding metal strips onto thin metal letter signs.

We use lead-free solder for all the soldered joints.

Relatively small channel signs are used for the entrance’s fascia. Channel signs with a height from 100mm to 500mm are generally soldered. Larger box letters taller than 500mm are welded. At Daikan, we have been using lead-free solder recognized by EU countries for over 20 years. The channel signs we produce comply with the RoHS directive and does not harm the people nor the environment.

DAIKAN Channel Letters are produced with environmental friendly "lead-free solder".

We fabricate small channel letters installed at entrance space with soldering, and apply welding to large signs installed on building walls or penthouses. Committed to protecting the environment and healthy living, we fabricate our channel letters with "lead-free solder" compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) of the EU.
