Metal Letter
These letter signs are commonly installed directly onto the exterior wall of a building or to a base panel. 3D letter signs are widely used to create a high-class and refined appearance.
Even delicate letters can be installed with pins.
Even for letters with a stroke width of 2.5 mm, we can apply a 1 mm diameter stainless steel pin to the back of the letters to ensure a strong installation on the wall.

For copper and brass letter signs, one can choose from shades that suit the building’s image. These shades such as the calm bronze hue achieved through sulfurization processing can be part of the landscape.
The aged texture that is developed over the years exudes an indescribable appearance.
Conventional thermal cutting with lasers causes oxidized and blackened edges.
Daikan uses “clean cutting (non-oxidizing cutting)” with nitrogen as the assist gas. Clean cutting creates an edge that looks as if they were cut with a blade, prevents oxide film from forming and reduces the chance for rust.
Cuttable thickness is 0.8~10mm for Stainless Steel, 1~4mm for Copper and Brass.

3D-Prismatic Cut
Aluminum and brass, both very workable materials, allow 3D engravings with end mills. Even when used for delicate shapes, they are more resistant to deformation and damage than resin, making them suitable for long-term outdoor signage that exudes a more dignified and luxurious feel and gives one peace of mind.

Stud Bolt Mounted
The most widely-used installation method which inserts bolt in the wall and anchors it with glue infill. -
Stud Bolt+Spacer Mounted
Especially suitable for rough installation surfaces, creates three-dimensional image for floating off the wall letters.
